AGREEMENT TYPES COVERED

An agreement between two or more parties that establishes the general terms for sharing personal data between Members.
It defines principles, standards, and responsibilities that each Member must follow in relation to shared personal data.

An agreement that builds upon the Data Sharing Framework and specifies the details of the individual data sharing activities. This includes the data to be processed, purposes, legal basis, sharing type, and conditions of execution.

Used when one organisation (Processor) processes data on behalf of another (Controller) under the latter’s defined instructions, to comply with the requirements of Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
